The jewelry box is fabulous and so very beautiful! Ian is truly a very skilled artisan with an eye for detail and excellent follow through on what was discussed. He kept me informed with photos and texts about the build each step of the way. We couldn't be happier with the final results and with Ian!!! There was no problem with the shipping as the box was very well packed and came through unscathed. The only reason I didn't give shipping 5 stars was that USPS has a warehouse in Seattle where packages go missing!! It took 5 days to go from Pennsylvania to Seattle, WA, then another 14 days to get to Juneau Alaska. Thank you Ian, we will be recommending you to anyone needing some special woodworking!

Absolutely excellent item and customer service. I can not recommend this store enough. The owner took so much time working with me and my niece to make sure that everything was made to our specifications. The shipping was quick also. The item itself was built so well, with so much care and craftsmanship. It is something my niece will have for the rest of her life. I can’t stress enough both the quality of the work and the excellent service I cannot recommend this store enough. You will not find better craftsmanship and customer service anywhere else. You should support this shop and buy anything you can from this store.
